hello
even in departure
akin to warm
Aloha embrace
further West
plumeria lays
on sandy beach
dreams--
California waves
and sunsets

This gets me again....the hello, even in departure. A visual aloha with each wave. But it's more than that. It's the fact that each goodbye is a hello to the next. There's an acceptance in the statement, and optimism.
